Cancellation Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. If cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date the deposit will be fully refunded in full however for reservations cancelled within the 4 week period the refund will only be approved if we can resell the House. Reservations cancelled within 1 week of arrival no deposit refunded.
